The University of Texas at Austin's Strauss Center for International Security and Law seeks a Research Program Coordinator and Assistant to the Director on the UT Austin campus. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in program administration or coordination.
• Experience with accounting and grants.
• Experience with event planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Executive Support: Assist the Director and executives with administrative needs, travel planning, research tasks, and external liaison.
• Administrative Accounting and Processing: Reconcile and track expenses, manage grant paperwork, book travel and reimbursements per policies.
• Event Support and Management: Plan, manage and execute Strauss Center events and manage catering.
• Operational Oversight and Management: Manage Strauss Center space, supplies, inventory, website updates, social media, and visitor logistics.
• Other Related Duties as Assigned: Miscellaneous tasks as directed by Director.
