Job summary

Mayo Clinic's Rheumatology Research Program in Arizona seeks a Research Program Coordinator to advance the Division's research initiatives by coordinating operational, financial, regulatory, and programmatic activities. You will collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to strengthen infrastructure and support investigator success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in public health, education, communications, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communications, and organizational skills with experience coordinating research.
• Experience with budgets, regulatory activities, and study start-up processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to analysis of opportunities related to operating goals and manages some project implementations.
• Mentors other research personnel and supports project design, feasibility, and outcomes measurement.
• Plans and leads education for internal/external staff and coordinates meetings, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversees financial health of the program, monitors accounts and budgets, and assists with forecasting and course correction.
