Job summary

The Information Trust Institute at the Grainger College of Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign seeks a Research Program Manager to coordinate multiple research projects from ideation through completion.

You will oversee planning, resourcing, scheduling, and reporting while maintaining budgets and timelines, and you will liaise with internal teams and external sponsors to advance objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of professional program/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned research projects, including execution of short- and long-term goals that maximize timely deliverables.
• Monitor and respond to action items and stakeholder requests to ensure appropriate progress while coordinating with research teams and ITI leadership.
• Schedule, facilitate, and attend meetings, including finalizing agendas and communicating and coordinating deliverables.
• Assist in development of project plans to monitor and track progress of varying projects.
• Track ITI and CIRI engagement activities and report progress and risks to leadership.
