Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with CRA credential.
• Experience in research administration, grants management, and sponsored projects.
• Proven ability to oversee pre- and post-award activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for research administration across the College of Liberal Arts.
• Supervise staff and establish service standards; manage staffing/workloads.
• Coordinate compliance and liaise with university offices and sponsors.
• Advise college leadership on research administration and risk management.
• Develop training and resources for research administrators and staff.
