Job summary

Boston University seeks a Research Contract Analyst to review and process a variety of research-related agreements, supporting the University's Corporate Research and Contracting operations. This role collaborates with GCO, Technology Development, Sponsored Programs, and faculty to enable collaborations with external partners.

The analyst will contribute to process improvements, ensure compliance, and manage high volumes of transactional agreements to facilitate research partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years' experience.
• Previous contracting experience in an academic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and processing of Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, Data Use Agreements and other research-related contracts.
• Coordinate with Office of the General Counsel, Office of Technology Development, Sponsored Programs and external partners to ensure compliant contracting processes.
