Qualifications
- SDLC processes across development, testing, production.
- Experience with waterfall and agile development.
- Coordinating releases across multiple teams and environments.
- Salesforce-specific release management experience.
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain release management strategy and roadmap.
- Coordinate release schedules across teams and projects.
- Define release criteria, processes, and approval workflows.
- Establish and monitor SLAs for release activities.
- Deploy and maintain enterprise DevOps services for release management.
- Enhance automation across CI/CD pipeline.
- Maintain deployment automation tools and processes.
- Ensure environment traceability through release lifecycle.
- Serve as point of contact for DevOps tools and backups.
- Maintain disaster recovery plans for business continuity.
