Job summary

PTMA Financial Solutions in Pennsylvania seeks a Relationship Manager to drive sales and marketing of investment products to local government clients, expanding the client base while coordinating with Institutional Investment Specialists to tailor portfolios.

You will manage client relationships, oversee cash flow analyses and bond proceeds services, and present PTMA solutions to school boards and finance committees across PA. Travel for in-person meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university with five+ years related experience or training; or equivalent mix.
• Regulatory Licensures: Series 7, 63, & 50.
• Preferred experience in Investment Management environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and secure new accounts throughout Pennsylvania.
• Assist in development and execution of the PSDLAF sales and marketing plan.
• Achieve targeted growth of 20% in the PSDLAF fund’s total balance.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee cash flow analysis and guidance related to bond proceeds management services.
• Attend in-person client meetings and events across Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with Institutional Investment Specialists to deliver portfolio solutions.
• Advise clients with economic and investment market insights to support financial objectives.
• Present PTMA products and services to Boards and Finance Committees of PA school districts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
