Medtronic Italy is seeking a specialist in Market Access and Policy to help develop and execute reimbursement strategies for therapies within the Italian healthcare system. You will work with national and regional stakeholders to overcome access barriers and integrate therapies into care pathways.

The role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Market Development and Government Affairs, and supporting HEPR teams with local data and value propositions. A MIP incentive plan may apply.

Formación

• Requires advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and experience.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent required by policy.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of market access and reimbursement plans in the Italian healthcare system.
• Identify access barriers and assist design of initiatives like pay-for-performance models or local pilots.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Development and Government Affairs to align access strategies with business goals.
• Assist HEPR teams by gathering local data and shaping the value proposition of therapies.
• Participate in meetings with regional health authorities and stakeholders to co-create sustainable access solutions.
