Job summary

FarmaKeio Pharmacy Network seeks a Licensing & Compliance Coordinator to manage licenses across TX, AR, NM and other states. You will work with Pharmacists-in-Charge and the Director of Compliance/QA to ensure audit readiness and ongoing regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes meticulous documentation, renewals, and regulatory submissions, with a focus on improving accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred in healthcare, regulatory affairs, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of regulatory compliance, licensing, administrative support, or pharmacy operations experience.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulatory requirements; familiarity with sterile/non-sterile compounding regulations a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines across state jurisdictions.
• Professional communication with regulatory agencies, PICs, and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all pharmacy licenses for three 503A FarmaKeio locations (resident and non-resident).
• Prepare, submit, and monitor license applications and renewals to ensure uninterrupted compliance.
• Maintain a licensing calendar with renewal deadlines and submission timelines for all states.
• Communicate with Boards of Pharmacy and regulatory agencies regarding statuses.
• Assist with quality audits, SOP updates, and readiness for inspections and accreditation surveys.
