Job summary

Riot Creative Imaging in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Regional Estimator with a background in large format digital printing. The estimator will manage client and vendor communications, bids, outsourced purchases and installations, collaborating with production and sales teams to deliver accurate, timely estimates.

You will evaluate bids, determine cost‑effective production routes, and maintain pricing awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an estimator in large format digital printing.
• Solid knowledge of large format printing, finishing processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, elevations, specs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must use and read a standard tape measure.
• Exceptional math skills and creative problem solving.
• GED required.

Responsibilities

• Estimate internal costs of materials based on job specifications.
• Evaluate bid invites/RFPs and read blueprints, elevations, specs.
• Determine production centers and routing to produce the job.
• Installation research and scheduling.
• Perform site surveys as needed.
• Calculate costs for product and vendor resourcing.
• Maintain awareness of material price changes and competitive pricing.
• Communicate with internal sales team and project managers.
• Source new vendors and strengthen supplier relationships.
• Proof all estimates for accuracy before customer approval.
• Collaborate with customers and sales team consultatively.
• Work with other Riot locations on projects.
• Continued education in materials, fixtures, displays, and graphic applications.
