Accurate Personnel in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Strategic On-site Specialist to join our SEAL Team. The role focuses on on-site client support, rapid onboarding, and delivering training to boost site performance across Illinois locations.

The position requires travel, strong communication, and a proven ability to lead training initiatives while upholding company compliance standards. Salary is $55,000–$60,000 with comprehensive benefits and regular Monday–Friday hours.

• Willingness to travel within Illinois and out-of-state as needed.
• Experience with timekeeping and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Strategic On-site Specialist to join the SEAL team.

As a Strategic On-site Specialist at Accurate Personnel, you play a crucial role in our elite SEAL Team, leading efforts to support existing clients at various sites, integrate smoothly into new locations, and deliver specialized training to enhance overall performance. By collaborating closely with current on-site staff, you will act as a catalyst for reducing onboarding time, ensuring compliance, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $55,000-$60,000 annually.
• Monday - Friday, the Strategic On-Site Specialists must be available for overtime, out-of-state travel (sometimes with short notice) for lengthy periods, and travel within the state of Illinois by vehicle.

• Lead initiatives to raise compliance with company policies and travel requirements.
  
• Collaborate with teams to analyze performance metrics, pinpoint improvement areas, and implement targeted strategies.
  
• Reduce new-hire onboarding time to ensure quick, effective integration into Accurate Personnel's culture.
• Promote excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the SEAL Team and supported client sites.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs, with a focus on peer-to-peer training.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and can quickly adapt to the unique challenges presented by different branches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas in a clear and motivating manner.
• Works effectively within a team, leveraging collective strengths to achieve shared goals.
• Demonstrated experience in promoting and maintaining compliance standards.
• Capable of embracing a dynamic travel schedule, visiting every branch at least once a year and constantly supporting branches in-state with visits that may last weeks at a time.
• Strong On-site, Administrative and Communication background with timekeeping knowledge.
• High-volume employee management.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
