Job summary

Children's Rescue Fund is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead day-to-day staffing and full-cycle recruiting initiatives across government-related roles in the New York area. You will supervise, guide, coach, and champion the Recruitment Team while designing compliant hiring processes that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business management, or related field is required.
• Master's degree is strongly preferred.
• Six years of direct recruitment experience with at least four years of direct management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse staffing needs from entry to leadership levels.
• Provide guidance and coaching to the Recruitment Team and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational hiring policies and records.
• Develop data-driven recruitment processes and track metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to align recruitment with organizational goals.
• Oversee onboarding and background checks to ensure smooth starts.
