Job summary

AIFP and Affiliated Resources seeks a relationship-driven Recruiting Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting, university partnerships, and the summer internship program. This highly visible role partners with the President and leadership to coordinate priorities, events, and communications.

The ideal candidate enjoys ownership, organization, and creative problem solving while engaging with students, universities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and university relations
• Ability to develop job descriptions and recruiting strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership & candidates

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and create targeted strategies.
• Develop strategies to raise awareness of career opportunities and build talent pipelines.
• Build relationships with colleges, career centers, and student organizations to strengthen campus presence.
• Represent the companies at career events and campus visits to engage early-career talent pipelines.
• Lead the summer internship program from recruitment through completion, including onboarding and projects.
• Support executive coordination of priorities, meetings, and communications.
• Act as a professional point of contact for employees and external partners.
