• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions.
• Strong consultation, relationship-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including active listening and persuasion.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance.
• Consult with hiring managers to define criteria and align on timelines.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies based on market and needs.
• Create job adverts and social media content to attract candidates.
• Screen applications and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and develop evaluation criteria and materials.
• Partner with HR during the offer process and background checks.
• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Represent Horace Mann at career fairs and events.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the process.
