Job summary

Morales Group is looking for a Recruiting Branch Manager to lead our recruitment team, strengthen client partnerships, and drive results in a fast-paced staffing environment. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team, build and execute recruitment strategies to meet client staffing needs, and partner closely with clients, Account Managers, and On-Site teams.

Track recruiting KPIs to drive productivity, fulfillment, and branch performance, and build strong candidate

• Staffing or high-volume recruiting experience.
• Leadership and team-development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
• Build and execute recruitment strategies to meet client staffing needs.
• Partner closely with clients, Account Managers, and On-Site teams.
• Track recruiting KPIs and drive productivity, fulfillment, and branch performance.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, community outreach, job fairs, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Identify barriers and create solutions that improve speed-to-hire and the candidate/client experience.
• Support employee retention, team development, and a culture of performance.
• Ensure recruiting processes remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
