Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across platforms.
• Identify and recruit active and passive 1099 contractors for transportation roles.
• High-volume outreach via calls, texts, and email to engage drivers.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and pay expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update status workflows.
• Track recruitment metrics and market intel on contractor pay and talent availability.
• Partner with field offices to meet local staffing needs and onboard candidates smoothly.
