Qualifications

• A four-year degree in Recreation or related degree, Business Administration or Food and Beverage Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in revenue generating or for-profit activities.
• Knowledge of MWR mission, vision, functions.
• Budgeting, cost and profitability analysis, internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise development and oversight of Category C activities (Food/Beverage, Marina, Lodging, Specialty Retail, Bowling, Golf).
• Plan, organize and supervise department-wide support services including administrative, financial, IT and process improvement.
• Provide guidance for subordinates' activities and perform continuous appraisal of programs to meet objectives.
