Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Manager of Institutional/Provider Rebates to manage Pfizer US institutional payments and rebate processes across hospitals, GPOs, and IDNs. You will ensure timely, accurate payments per contracts and provide analyses to explain variances and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or higher.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or institutional contracting/rebating is a plus.
• Ability to interpret policy, objectives, and market conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review contract language and provide SME on rebate setup in Flex.
• Process payments accurately within contract timelines and perform validations.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms to protect Pfizer’s assets.
• Perform account performance analysis for management and teams.
• Lead UAT for system enhancements and assist with data requests.
• Develop training materials and educate colleagues on rebates and accruals.
