• Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of Underwriting Portfolio Managers.
• Ensure timely identification of credit risks with high accuracy and quality.
• Communicate underwriting and portfolio management policies to align with risk appetite and regulatory standards.
• Guide direct reports to ensure accurate risk ratings and informative decision details for credit requests.
• Manage a small portfolio of accounts including underwriting and monitoring.
• Monitor portfolios to meet KPIs/KRIs and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with the manager on group-wide process improvements and initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
