Qualifications

• Bachelors preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly reports on lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements.
• Maintain and track lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
• Coordinate all transaction activity, complete commission forecasts and vouchers, and track savings results for clients.
• Prepare and present detailed financial modelling including balance sheet, profit and loss, and tax implications.
• Assist with project initiation, scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and milestones.
• Create requests for proposals, letters of intent, and brokers’ opinions of value.
• Review data from multiple sources to generate reports and ensure data integrity.
• Calculate book and cash flow projections, NPV, and IRR for client decisions.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• Have broad knowledge of own discipline and related functions.
• Lead by example and embody CBRE RISE values to reach agreements.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
