Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree may be required.
• 8 years of relevant experience required; 12+ years preferred.
• Experience with medical or higher education real estate functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to the Vice President of Planning, Architecture and Real Estate on organizational effectiveness.
• Lead and support complex Real Estate projects and initiatives.
• Assess organizational structure, workforce capacity, operations, staffing, workflows, and resource needs.
• Provide analysis, recommendations, and project leadership to improve accountability and continuity.
• Drive workforce readiness and knowledge transfer during departmental transition.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
