Qualifications

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat DC/Pro, and MS Office.
Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing materials: qualifications, proposals, presentations, brochures, tombstone ads, eblasts, websites, flyers.
Create client communications and business development content.
Handle multiple marketing initiatives with tight deadlines.
Assist with external events and on-site coordination for the region.
Prepare documents using Adobe and Microsoft tools.
Support property research and marketing collateral production.
Coordinate with brokerage team on sales process and campaigns.
