Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business admin, architecture/planning, public administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership overseeing complex real estate development and related initiatives.
- Experience in both public and private sectors desirable.
- Deep expertise in real estate development, finance, and market analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Strategic leader to guide planning, growth, and long-term value creation of a diverse real estate portfolio.
- Trusted advisor building relationships across executive leadership, public agencies, private developers, and community stakeholders.
- Evaluate opportunities, assess risk, and drive informed investment and development decisions.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams with a focus on accountability and innovation.
