Qualifications

- 15+ years in real estate development, asset management, or related leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in real estate development, finance, market analysis, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across public/private sectors.
Responsibilities
- Guide planning, growth, and value creation of a diverse real estate portfolio.
- Build relationships across executive leadership, public agencies, developers, and communities.
- Evaluate opportunities, assess risk, and drive informed investment decisions.
