This role will involve assisting with financial reporting, controls, and close processes, requiring strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience, a BS in Accounting or Finance, and knowledge of GAAP. The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 with benefits including health coverage, retirement planning, and possible bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public and/or private accounting experience.
• Experience with real estate, REITs, asset management preferred.
• Strong accounting foundation and familiarity with GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Support preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers.
