Job summary

Enclave is seeking a Developer to manage the full life cycle of real estate projects across multifamily, industrial, and build-to-suit developments in the Midwest and Mountain West.

The role requires strategic oversight, market analysis, and strong financial acumen. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate zoning and permits, manage budgets, and present financial projections to investors to drive timely, profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Construction, Urban Planning or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate developments.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience with Excel for financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess development opportunities in multifamily, industrial, and build-to-suit sectors.
• Develop financial projections including costs, revenue, and ROI for projects.
• Lead project teams and coordinate permitting, design, construction, and lease-up or sale.
• Monitor budgets and secure project financing with lenders and investors.
• Communicate updates to investors and leadership.
