Job summary

Purdue Research Foundation is seeking a seasoned project leader to manage capital improvements, tenant improvements, infrastructure, and real estate developments across its portfolio. You will act as the owner’s representative for park developments and oversee procurement, budgeting, and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering/construction management and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with professional credentials preferred. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fields of Architecture, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Land Planning, Construction Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Professional certification/licensure (PMP, PE, RA, CCM, LEED AP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital improvement, tenant improvement, infrastructure, and real estate development projects.
• Serve as owner’s representative for development of Purdue Research Parks.
• Review invoices, maintain contract records, and oversee procurement activities.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Economic Development, and Facilities teams on strategic initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and project documentation.
