Job summary

The Purdue Research Foundation is seeking a Project Manager for Real Estate Development & Capital Projects to lead capital improvement, tenant improvement, infrastructure, and real estate development across the Foundation's portfolio, including the Discovery Park District and Purdue Research Park West Lafayette.

You will serve as an owner’s representative, manage budgets and schedules, review vendor invoices, coordinate bids, and collaborate with Real Estate, Economic Development, and Facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or project delivery.
• Professional certifications (PMI, PE, RA, LEED AP or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital improvement, tenant improvement, infrastructure, and real estate development projects.
• Serve as owner’s representative for PRF real estate initiatives.
• Review invoices, maintain contract records, and manage procurement activities.
• Coordinate bids, contractor selection, and schedule alignment.
• Collaborate across Real Estate, Economic Development and Facilities teams to implement strategic initiatives.
