Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Corporate Real Estate CAPEX Project Manager in Alamo, Tennessee. You will plan, direct, and manage capital projects that ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across our energy facilities.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to set goals, manage budgets, and coordinate construction strategies. You will monitor progress, manage contracts, and ensure health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have US work authorization for Hitachi Energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, facility management, engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience managing capital construction projects including budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Experience with project management software and Power BI or Excel reporting.
• PMP certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage corporate real estate CAPEX projects from initiation through closeout.
• Define project goals, technical requirements, and construction strategies with stakeholders.
• Set up projects in internal systems and track costs, forecasts, and variances.
• Oversee contracts and ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor construction progress, site activities, and contractor performance for on‑time delivery.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and building code compliance.
