You will direct a property management team, partner with the accounting team on budgeting and forecasting, oversee capital projects, leasing activity, and market analysis to drive occupancy and portfolio growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the property management team to operate and maintain assets to the highest standards.
• Drive operational strategies to maximize performance and meet financial objectives.
• Manage capital improvements, renovations, and tenant build-outs from planning to completion.
• Partner with accounting on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, lease analysis, and capital planning.
• Review monthly and quarterly financial reporting, providing insights to leadership.
• Oversee leasing activity and collaborate with brokers to drive occupancy goals.
• Analyze market conditions and portfolio opportunities to optimize asset value and profitability.
• Evaluate acquisition opportunities and support portfolio growth through market analysis.
• Coordinate and lead due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
