The role covers accounting functions for development projects and operating assets across the East Coast and Southeast U.S., requiring deep transactional experience. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or Economics.
• 3-5 years in Real Estate Finance including Development and Commercial Accounting.
• Public accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Financial Team and advise on transactional details.
• Deliver verbal reporting and analysis on a regular cadence.
• Prepare and maintain client reports: Balance Sheets, P&L, Trial Balance, GL, Cash Flows, Budget vs. Actual, CAM reconciliations.
