Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in freight rail, transportation, logistics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of railroad operations, commercial structures and economics.
• Experience supporting rail-served facilities, terminal operations or network development.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and work cross-functionally.
• Travel to terminals, development sites, and partners as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute rail transportation strategies to support business growth.
• Evaluate rail-served facilities, infrastructure needs and expansion opportunities.
• Support site selection, terminal development, acquisitions, and network growth.
• Identify constraints and recommend solutions for transportation and capacity.
• Assess investments and capital projects in rail and logistics.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align demand, capacity and network.
• Maintain relationships with railroads and logistics partners.
