Job summary

Bradycorp in Milwaukee seeks an R&D Project Manager to lead the development of new products through commercial launch and support existing products in the Inkjet & Visual Workplace Safety (VWS) business. Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises research projects that deliver business results.
• Leads corrective actions to supply chain disruptions and sustain launched products.
• Leads project activities through a defined Stage Gate process.
• Manages projects including scope, goals, budget, timelines, and business case.
• Builds comprehensive and global plans for meaningful projects meeting customer needs.
• Works within and/or leads cross-functional teams to enable new product development.
• Collaborates with and communicates effectively with all business functions.
• Coordinates with site manufacturing, test engineers, and Global Product Managers on strategic initiatives.
• Understands process capability, design criteria, property relationships, knowledge management, risk management, and IP fundamentals.
• Ensures proper documentation of technical and experimental activities.
