You will gather information from customers and engineering data, interact with sales, and coordinate with production to deliver reliable quotations and feasible solutions. This role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize during peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Establish tool Design and Quote standard, modified standard, and custom tools.
• Collect data by interfacing with customers and sales reps to help make a selection of tool types.
• Gather manufacturing and engineering data to effectively evaluate production feasibility of the customer request and provide accurate quotations to the customer.
• Communicate with customers with regards to quotations, applications and design engineering.
• Assist inside sales with order processing, phone calls, and mail during times of excessive load.
• Request material quotes for materials when needed.
• Schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production levels.
• Evaluate supplies for quality and timeliness.
• Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage.
