Job summary

CHS Corporate seeks a Corporate Director of Quality Improvement to lead strategic resource allocation and execution of clinical outcome strategies across the Enterprise. This role bridges corporate leadership with facility teams to standardize quality practices and reduce variation for patient safety.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Quality, the CDQI will guide system-wide initiatives, support CHS-affiliated organizations, and drive data-driven improvements while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or another clinical healthcare degree.
• Master's degree preferred (MPH, MSN, or MBA).
• CPHQ certification or eligible to obtain within two years.
• Current RN licensure or other applicable clinical licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare quality experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in multi-site healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate-wide quality projects improving outcomes and publicly reported measures.
• Standardize policies, procedures, and tools across the health system.
• Support facilities to maintain survey-ready status during regulatory audits.
• Coordinate education programs and resource materials for facility leaders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement processes preventing patient harm.
