Job summary

MERGE is seeking an experienced Qualitative Insight Director to lead research initiatives that inform strategy and client outcomes. You will design studies, write proposals, and moderate interviews and online engagements, translating findings into actionable insights. Travel and cross‑team collaboration are expected as part of delivering high‑impact projects.

You will mentor teams, craft compelling reports, and elevate the client experience through rigorous analysis and clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience moderating and delivering client deliverables in a market research or agency setting.

• Willingness to travel and flexible in scheduling for projects.
• Compliance with time-tracking and industry regulations (PV/HCP, ethics, data privacy).

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and aligned with client objectives.

• Moderate 1:1 and group interviews and online engagements (e.g., Communities, Remesh).
• Translate research findings into strategy and actionable recommendations.
• Incorporate visuals and frameworks to communicate the story.
