Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Process Principal to lead enterprise-wide process analysis, automation, and architecture across the Manufacturing sector. You will champion innovative methodologies, benchmark IT solutions, and oversee documentation.

You will guide automation tool selection and drive process-centric solution designs that align with business goals. The role emphasizes executive advisory, governance, and strategic account leadership, with a focus on AI-enabled transformation and robust change

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise quality engineering strategies and roadmaps.
• Expertise in AI/ML solution architecture and design.
• Experience in test consulting and enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven ability to govern portfolios and drive executive advisory engagements.
• Experience engaging C-suite and strategic accounts to shape deals and outcomes.
• Background in digital transformation and operating model design.
• Proven change management and governance capabilities.
• Experience in testing centers of excellence and test automation.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with cloud migration and SAP/ERP validation.
• Exposure to Generative AI and AI assurance concepts.

Responsibilities
