Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; progressive experience may substitute education.
• Experience in quality engineering, testing strategy and TCoE setup.
• Experience in AI engineering and AI adoption including Generative/Agentic AI.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead process analysis using process mining, workflow simulation, and efficiency modelling.
• Evaluate complex IT solutions to streamline operations and achieve goals.
• Create technical materials for practitioners and stakeholders.
• Research process tools and vendor roadmaps to identify trends.
• Design architectural models and blueprints for process enhancements and automation.
