Job summary
Infosys is seeking a Process Principal to lead enterprise-wide process analysis and automation initiatives within the Financial Services unit in the U.S. You will guide evaluations, standardize documentation, and shape process-centric architectures across banking, wealth management, and insurance domains.
The role emphasizes senior leadership with a focus on delivering automation-driven business outcomes, stakeholder management, and strategic technology adoption in a dynamic consulting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
- Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.
- Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Direct enterprise-wide process analysis and identify optimization opportunities.
- Guide strategic evaluations and benchmarking of IT solutions with automation criteria.
- Oversee creation and standardization of process documentation.
- Drive evaluation of process automation tools and systems for strategic adoption.
- Lead development of process-centric solution architectures integrating advanced tech.
- Oversee strategic direction and progress of technical solution implementations.
