Qualifications

• Five+ years in purchasing or procurement in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and cut costs.
• Experience sourcing raw materials, packaging, components.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and ERP.
• Excellent communication and supplier relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies to lower costs.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate with suppliers of materials and indirects.
• Build strong supplier relationships and hold vendors accountable.
• Identify cost savings via negotiation and competitive sourcing.
• Monitor supplier performance and procurement KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
