Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing materials, supply chain systems, or operational improvement.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP, inventory control, production reporting, master data, and demand processes.
• Experience creating procedures, implementing process changes, and training users across sites.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, root-cause problem solving, and translating business needs into system requirements.

Responsabilités

• Owns supply chain business standards for QAD, including material planning, inventory transactions, production reporting, and shipping; align changes with IT.
• Develop and maintain supply chain policies, procedures, and standard work; propose changes to the Director.
• Establish master-data ownership, validation rules, and change controls for planning parameters, item data, BOMs, and routings.
• Lead EDI requirements and process adoption with IT and customer-facing teams; validate demand and shipment information.
• Define KPI calculations and reporting needs; improve data quality and reduce manual reporting.
• Assess plant maturity and process gaps; prioritize improvements and lead testing, training, rollout, and stabilization of changes.
• Govern PFEP, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and planning standards; coordinate field implementation.
• Conduct process audits, coach users, and escalate unresolved barriers with recommended actions.
• Guide the analyst’s work priorities and transfer plant practices into CSP standards.
