Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field with four years procurement experience.
• Experience negotiating terms, pricing, and supplier agreements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels and suppliers.
• Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• TWIC eligibility and ability to obtain TWIC.

Responsibilities

• Review requisitions and issue Purchase Orders in SAP to procure materials and services at best value.
• Establish and maintain reliable sources of supply.
• Collaborate with customers to evaluate supplier performance and sourcing opportunities.
• Negotiate, execute, and administer contracts and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to administer contracts.
• Maintain supplier base and support procurement requirements for assigned commodities.
