Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years experience or Master’s with 8 years experience; no degree option allows 14 years experience.
• Preferred fields: Chemical Engineering, Economics, Business.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication in a high-pressure trading desk.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes trading strategies to increase profitability of the Gasoline Trading book.
• Trade gasoline physical and financial commodities, manage risk with derivatives.
• Mentor traders and coordinate with logistics, refinery, and marketing groups.
• Negotiate spot and term contracts; resolve commercial disputes.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk Control to ensure regulatory compliance.
