Healthcare Arizona LLC in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to acquire raw materials, machinery, tools, and services essential for operations, and may negotiate contracts.

You will collaborate with department managers to determine purchasing needs, identify suppliers, issue POs, manage invoices, and maintain pricing accuracy. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of experience, MS365/Excel proficiency, and Mandarin fluency. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of purchasing experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin required.

Responsabilités

• Works with department managers to determine purchasing needs for production and office products.
• Identifies suppliers, negotiates pricing, and establishes delivery requirements.
• Issues purchase orders, processes invoices, and maintains pricing accuracy.
