Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations).
• 3–5 years of scheduling and purchasing experience or equivalent.
• Food industry exposure is a plus.
• Strong planning and analysis skills with results orientation.
• Ability to adapt to change and achieve production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute purchase orders for packaging and raw materials to meet inventory targets and production orders.
• Balance inventory levels to achieve target dollar amounts and turns.
• Identify and expedite replenishment to prevent stockouts and service issues.
• Communicate shortages to internal/external contacts and identify root causes.
• Develop and maintain the master production schedule balancing inventory, resources, and capacity.
• Manipulate orders in SAP and communicate changes to production floor.
• Participate in daily production meetings and report status of WIP and material availability.
• Lead cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain master data in SAP for ingredients, packaging, FG; coordinate with QA, R&D, Operations & production for new launches.
