Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, training, or experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Scheduling, Sourcing and/or Purchasing.
• Experience with client-server enterprise resource planning systems (preferably SAP).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated yet able to ask questions and seek direction.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional teamwork ability.
• Bilingual English – Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develops, publishes and maintains the master production schedule, balancing inventory, resources and capacity.
• Manipulates orders in SAP and communicates changes to the production floor.
• Facilitates cross-functional meetings for direction, decision making and information sharing.
• Participates in daily production meetings and reports status of work in progress and material availability.
• Maintains raw, in-process and finished inventory levels to meet objectives.
• Partners with Purchasing, Quality and Production to implement new products flawlessly.
• Updates master data in SAP and coordinates with QA, R&D, and Operations for launches.
