Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in purchasing, inventory control or materials planning.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain supplier relationships and drive cost-effectiveness.
• Experience with ERP procurement and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in negotiating initial pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Assist in sourcing and onboarding new vendor relationships.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and confirm delivery schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Review supplier performance and correct non-performing vendors.
• Support planning for production needs and inventory optimization.
