The role drives an MRP-driven approach, develops the team, and collaborates across Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Finance to translate demand into actionable procurement plans while supporting the SIOP process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in purchasing, procurement, or materials planning.
• Experience leading purchasing teams and implementing ERP-driven processes.
• CPIM/CSCP or CPSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Purchasing team to optimize supplier performance.
• Own ERP/MRP parameters and ensure timely material availability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate forecasts into procurement plans.
• Drive supplier relationships and risk mitigation.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Support SIOP processes with supply and inventory data.
