Job summary

interiorlogicgroup is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to organize, purchase, and track materials and supplies for project success. You will collaborate with Design, Operations, and Field teams to ensure timely, accurate ordering and delivery.

A strong communicator and problem solver is essential, with a GED or higher and experience with SAP. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and MS Office proficiency is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One or more years of related purchasing, materials, or supply chain experience.
• Experience with SAP in a purchasing/ERP environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of products used by the company as they relate to product installation.

Responsibilities

• Order materials and supplies efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery prior to scheduled installation.
• Coordinate with vendors to determine product availability, pricing, and terms of sale.
• Analyze product and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.
• Participate in development of specifications for products or substitute materials.
• Coordinate homebuyer material approvals with Design, where applicable.
