Responsibilities

• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Processing stock/non-stock purchase orders.
• Keep manufacturer cost files up to date.
• Maintain pricing matrices.
• Adding/deleting products in CEDNet.
• Monitor commodity pricing and availability.
• Annual/defective vendor returns.
• Debit/credit memos.
• Work through freight claims and change order requests with both the customers and the vendors.
• Sales support.
• Invoice Processing.
